Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Means, shipping costs are paid by us and as the recipient, customers are liable for all import duties, customs and any form of bureaucratic surcharges levied by the country you are in.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship Worldwide using a variety of different carriers depending on the size and location of your order. Please provide a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm and if you would like to make alternate delivery time outside these hours, please contact us.

SHIPPING CARRIER

All our International orders are shipped via DHL, FEDEX, UPS or TNT.

SHIPPING RATES

Prices on our website include Door Delivery Shipping Worldwide.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and we aim to manage this process as smoothly as possible. Please note that we will not be responsible for shipping delays if you do not provide a complete and correct mailing address. Courier companies do not deliver to Post Office Box addresses, however, so we kindly request that you have your shipment delivered to a home address or apartment.

TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES

International Orders are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis Goods purchased may be subject to customs or import duties. These differ based on the category of the items purchased. All customs, import duties or international taxes will have to be borne by the customer.

INSURANCE

Luxury Handicrafts insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
